Kevin Green – Broker

As Green Realty’s Broker of Record, Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in real estate financing and land development. He holds an Ontario Real Estate Brokerage license and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, where he attended as a scholarship athlete.

Kevin is also the President and Chairman of The San Romanoway Revitalization Association (SRRA) in Toronto, Ontario. The SRRA creates a sense of belonging in the Jane and Finch Community by assisting families, individuals and groups to support each other by building a safer and healthier environment. With the help of the private community the SRRA looks at improving the lives of the residents in the San Romanoway Community.

Kevin recognizes the need for community involvement as he is also the Chairman of the International Tennis Centre as well as the President of the Canada Israel Children’s Centre, an organization dedicated to bringing peace to the Middle East through children

 

Sheryl Erenberg – Broker 

Sheryl was licensed to sell real estate in 1982 and became a Broker in 1984 while working for Bramalea Realty at The Renaissance Plaza at Avenue Road and Bloor Street, then the City’s most expensive new condominium development. From 1984- 1993 she specialized in new home sales working in-house for major condominium developers in the GTA.

She came to work for Green Realty in 1993 and managed the sales and marketing for The Orion and the Braxton condominiums.Using her sales experience, Sheryl designed and began to deliver a training program for Rental Agents and Superintendents for major landlords in Southern Ontario.Sheryl now specializes in re-sales and rentals for condos and single family homes.

 

David Court – Broker

David has more than 38 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He attended McMaster and York Universities and studied Urban Geography and Transportation Civil Engineering.

David brings extensive experience in real estate development, construction, leasing and asset sales.

He has held his real estate license with Green Realty Limited for more than 11 years.
David is currently working with on small retail shop leasing, asset sales and acquisitions for the Greenwin group of companies and selected third party clients.  He specializes in residential apartment and commercial sales and purchases.
