Green realty was originally established as the brokerage firm for Verdiroc Development Corporation, a major development company in the Greater Toronto Area. As well, the principals of Green Realty are also principals of Greenwin Inc., the largest residential property manager in Canada.

This foundation of experience gives Green Realty access to a wealth of knowledge and resources simply not available to most other brokerage organizations.

Our associate companies are involved in rezoning, managing properties and building across the city. This extensive knowledge is at our fingertips, and provides us with an extraordinary perspective that is very advantageous to our clients. And, because we specialize in neighborhoods throughout the downtown core, we can offer valuable services and strategic information to enhance a clients’ ability to sell their home, townhouse or condominium.

All in one service

Because of the depth of our experience and access to market insights, and our association with development and property management companies we have the expertise to walk clients through such issues as declaration, the budget, the quality of construction, indeed, everything they need to make the right move.

Through Greenwin Inc., Green Realty has access to a vast pool of rental opportunities and access to critical information that is not always available to other brokers. This association also provides us with access to up-to-the-minute changes in tenant legislation, knowledge that can help protect the interests of our existing tenants and prospective clients.

A foundation of experience adds value to commercial leasing and sales (commercial)

In the commercial arena, Green Realty can add value to the services we offer because of the experience of our associated companies who develop and manage retail centers. We are in touch with the in-house leasing managers for major retailers and have existing relationships with many national retailers. With our wide base of contacts and resources we can assists owners of retail properties to fill vacancies fast. Green Realty provides such services as site selection (using demographic analysis, traffic and pedestrian counts and aerial mapping) as well as advice on leasehold improvements and more.

A wealth of expertise under one roof

We have an entire development department that can investigate zoning requirements on a client’s behalf and facilitate the process of land acquisition. In addition, Green Realty has acted for major box retailers acrossNorth America, whose properties range from 100,000 to a million square feet.
